“Unfortunately, Ms. Richard has released their 20-year company aside to try and get banknotes from him. While Mr. Combs is confidently standing on facts and looks ahead to demonstrating that in court.” The statement stated, in part.
Combs was witnessed earlier this year in a 2016 video posted by CNN grabbing, pushing, removing, and kicking Ventura. Combs had formerly denied Ventura’s allegations of aggression. Which were a region of a now-settled nationwide lawsuit pointed out by Ventura in November 2023.
Two days after the video was posted, Combs apologized for his activities seen in the video.
Ventura’s counsel declined to remark on the apparent examples of violence depicted in Richard’s lawsuit.
In her objection, Richard even alleges that then-Interscope Records chief Jimmy Iovine. It noticed one representative of Combs’ abusive conduct toward Ventura and that the group was conscious that Combs. “It was dangerous about women” and “willing to brazenly attack a female in people.”
Interscope is recorded among the defendants in the lawsuit, as well as Combs Enterprises and Bad Boy Entertainment. Iovine is not designated as a defendant.

The Allegations – Danity Kane
Richard occurred in two seasons of “Creating the Band” and one season of the spin-off “Making His Band,” and aired in the 2000s. She would produce for the franchise in 2020 as a reviewer on a reboot of the sequence.
Danity Kane removed two albums in 2006 and 2008, respectively. They separated in 2009.
Most of Richard’s shares stem from her background making the TV show and her period as part of the musical groupings.
The lawsuit alleges Combs “regularly directed to the five females as ‘bitches’ and ‘hoes’ and criticized their bodily appearances.” And during Richard’s term in the bands “instructed her to stay at his various homes and studios.” While “denying” her and her bandmates of “essential needs such as acceptable food and sleep.”
The objection also details a plausible instance in 2008 where Combs conducted a company meeting with Richard at his Miami house “while clothed just in his underwear.”
